DMCA Policy

fubo iptv respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and similar legislation. This page explains how copyright owners can submit a notice and how counter-notices are handled.

1. Our Role

fubo iptv operates as a service that aggregates publicly available streams. We do not host, store, or originate the content delivered through the service. When a verified rights holder identifies infringing material associated with our network, we will take prompt action to address it through our upstream providers.

2. Filing a DMCA Notification

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized agent) and believe content available through our service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to help@catchontv1.email with the subject line "DMCA Notice — fubo iptv" containing all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is allegedly infringing — sufficient information to allow us to locate it (URL, channel ID, description of stream, timestamp).
4. Your contact information: full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Our Response

Upon receipt of a complete notice, we aim to acknowledge within 3 business days and forward the request to our upstream providers for action. We may also remove or restrict identified content from our distribution channels.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including: your contact information, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was the result of mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

fubo iptv terminates accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and pursuant to applicable law.

6. Misrepresentations

Section 512(f) of the DMCA provides that any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or that material was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages.
