These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fubo iptv ("we", "us", "our") and the website fuboiptv.com. By subscribing to our IPTV service or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

fubo iptv provides an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) subscription that gives users access to live television channels and on-demand content delivered over the public Internet. Subscriptions are sold in fixed durations (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) with a defined number of simultaneous connections (1 to 5).

2. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when ordering and to keep your credentials confidential.

3. Subscription, Billing & Activation

Subscriptions are prepaid for the full term selected at checkout. Once payment is received, your account credentials and prepay code are sent by email, typically within minutes.

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. To continue service after expiry, you must place a new order.

4. Free Trial

We offer a 24-hour free trial to new subscribers, one per household. The trial provides limited access to our service for testing compatibility and quality. The trial does not auto-convert to a paid subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or share your subscription credentials with third parties.
• Exceed the number of simultaneous connections purchased.
• Use the service for unlawful activity or to broadcast our content publicly.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source streams from our service.
• Use the service in jurisdictions where IPTV streaming of the broadcast content is not permitted.

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content delivered through fubo iptv remains the property of its original rights holders. We provide a technological means of access only; we do not claim ownership of any third-party programming. The fuboiptv.com website, logo, and brand are owned by us and protected by trademark and copyright law.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, ISP outages, regional restrictions, and force majeure events may temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for content removed or restricted by upstream providers.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. By subscribing, you accept those terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, fubo iptv is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the most recent subscription term.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless fubo iptv, its operators, and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, abuse, fraudulent payment, or at our reasonable discretion. You may stop using the service at any time; subscriptions are not refundable except as stated in the Refund Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity of fubo iptv. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted, or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
