We want every fubo iptv customer to feel confident about their purchase. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of our 24-hour free trial before subscribing — it's the best way to confirm that the service works on your devices and meets your expectations.

1. Try Before You Buy — 24-Hour Free Trial

Every new customer is entitled to a free 24-hour trial. The trial gives you full access to test channel quality, anti-freeze stability, EPG, sports, and movies on your devices. If anything doesn't work for you, do not purchase a paid plan — and no refund will be necessary.

2. Refund Eligibility

Because IPTV credentials are delivered electronically and consumed instantly, all sales are generally final. We will issue a refund only in the following narrow circumstances, provided you contact us within 48 hours of purchase:

  • You were charged but never received your activation email after 24 hours, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
  • The service has a documented, persistent outage on our end (not your ISP, not your device, not regional content blocks) that we cannot fix within 7 days.
  • You were charged twice for the same plan due to a billing error on our payment processor's side.

3. What Is NOT Refundable

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind after activation (this is what the free trial is for).
  • Compatibility issues that could have been verified during the free trial — for example, the service not working on a Samsung Smart TV (we recommend a Firestick instead).
  • Slow Internet connection, ISP throttling, regional content blocks imposed by upstream rights holders, or VPN-related issues.
  • Specific channels removed or temporarily unavailable when the underlying source is offline.
  • Any subscription used for more than 7 days.
  • Subscriptions on which credentials have been shared, resold, or used to exceed the purchased connection count.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email help@catchontv1.email within 48 hours of purchase. Include:

  • The email address used at checkout.
  • Your order number or payment receipt.
  • A clear description of the issue and the steps you've already tried.
  • If applicable, screenshots or short videos showing the error.

We aim to respond within 24 hours and resolve eligible requests within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback before contacting us is a violation of these terms. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support channel. Disputed transactions waive any future warranty or refund eligibility.
